As the Managing Partner of Fetterman Law, a south Florida and Treasure Coast law firm with nearly 50 years of history, Adam Fetterman takes pride in delivering compassionate and strategic legal representation to the community. With personal injury and business law divisions, the firm provides exceptional and calculated advocacy, counsel, and litigation services. Whether entrusted with seeking justice for a family who has suffered a tragic loss, or advising a startup, growing business, non-profit, or law enforcement agency, the team at Fetterman Law is committed to being a trusted partner throughout the legal process.
In addition to his legal work, Adam has served on the boards of the Boys and Girls Clubs, Healthy Start Coalition, St. Lucie Medical Center, Heathcote Botanical Gardens, and the Florida Justice Association, and volunteered for numerous local organizations. He has previously served as President of the statewide Florida Association of Police Attorneys, and currently serves on the board of Keep Martin Beautiful.
Building on a foundation of public service developed as General Counsel to former St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken Mascara, Adam stepped into politics and had the honor of representing the Treasure Coast as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2008 to 2010. His experience inspired him to use his leadership skills to serve many charitable organizations and initiatives and build a law practice serving the needs of small businesses, non-profits, and local governments. In 2012, he assisted his wife Mindi in founding The Inner Truth Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the needs of survivors of sexual abuse and rape.
He has led numerous community building initiatives including successful campaigns to fund school security needs, critical capital development, and crucial county-wide infrastructure. In 2018, he completed Leadership Florida’s Cornerstone program, Class XXXVI, one of fifty leaders chosen annually from around the state to work together to build a better Florida.
Adam lives in Palm City, Florida, with his superstar wife Mindi, son Noah, and dog Bubba. In his spare time, Adam enjoys racing cars, sporting clays, bicycling, and cooking.
