Martin County and Stuart in particular hold a special place in my personal history as I first moved here while still in high school in 1984. I lived here through my young adulthood, leaving in 1991 to start my career, and returned in 2011 to raise my daughters. While living in south Florida, and up until the middle of 2024, my office was located in Palm Beach County where I was a member and leader for many networking and advocacy groups in both Broward and Palm Beach counties. I believe it is time to join groups here in my hometown.
Optimum RTS is a 10-year-old employment agency and training company whose philosophy has always been to treat both my clients and candidates with the same respect and regardless if I was able to fill a position or find that candidate a job, to end a little better for the opportunity to work together. This is the same philosophy I have toward my connections in the communities I work in. The overall guiding principle for my life has been to help, mentor, and give of myself in the best way I can.
I believe BAM is a group that encompasses those same ideals and is made up of people who genuinely want to help each other. I have gleaned these opinions from talking to many people who have all said the same thing, “This is a great group made up of influential Stuart business owners.”
