I have been in the Fitness Industry most of my adult life, beginning in the UK.

In 1988 I moved to Cape May, NJ and then in 2021 moved to Palm City FL.

Helping people improve their quality of life and reach health and fitness goals through exercise is my passion and I believe, my calling.

Friends in Cape May would often refer to me as a catalyst as I have always enjoyed introducing people for friendships and mutual business opportunities.
